The data will not be disclosed to third parties, nor will it be circulated.
The data requested must be provided in order for us to offer the service or perform the tasks requested and refusal to supply said data may lead to partial or non-execution of the service.
Personal data is processed using paper or electronic means, taking every precaution to guarantee security and privacy. The data will also be managed and protected in areas to which access is controlled at all times.
Galperti Srl confirms that pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the data subject has the right to be informed of, update, correct or delete their data or to contest use of the same, if processed in violation of the law.
